Mindfulness Meditation – Fall Series

Mindfulness meditation promotes well-being from the inside-out. Each class will include instruction, guided practice, and Q&A.
This series on Fridays at noon (September 30 & October 7, 14, 21, 28) will provide practical support for developing a daily meditation practice that’s appropriate for you. It is offered through the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library.

Susan Meyer has been practicing mindfulness meditation for about 30 years. She has received mindfulness meditation teacher training certification with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Her meditation practice has been her rock during the Coronavirus pandemic, and she is passionate about guiding others to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
