Mindfulness Meditation Series (Online – Zoom)

This three-week session on Fridays at noon (December 3, 10, 17) will provide practical support for developing a daily meditation practice that’s appropriate for you.
Mindfulness meditation promotes well-being from the inside-out. Each class will include instruction, a guided practice exercise, and Q&A.
Susan Meyer has been practicing mindfulness meditation for more than 25 years. She has received mindfulness meditation teacher training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Her meditation practice has been her rock during the Coronavirus pandemic, and she is passionate about guiding others to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
This online program uses the Zoom live streaming platform. It will require access to a computer, mobile device with the Zoom app installed, and/or a phone for audio-only access. A short video on joining a Zoom meeting can be found here.
