Mindfulness Meditation Series (Online – Zoom)
February 11, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST
Free
This three-week session on Fridays at noon (February 11, 18 & 25) will provide practical support for developing a daily meditation practice that’s appropriate for you. It is offered by the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library.
Mindfulness meditation promotes well-being from the inside-out. Each class will include instruction, guided practice, and Q&A.
Susan Meyer has been practicing mindfulness meditation for more than 25 years. She has received mindfulness meditation teacher training certification with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Her meditation practice has been her rock during the Coronavirus pandemic, and she is passionate about guiding others to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
To participate in this series, please register through the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library website. If the series isn’t listed on the library’s calendar yet, it will be added soon, so check back.
This online program uses the Zoom live streaming platform. It will require access to a computer, mobile device with the Zoom app installed, and/or a phone for audio-only access. A short video on joining a Zoom meeting can be found here.
