Walking Meditation

Meditating in nature has a restorative effect on the mind, helps our bodies self-regulate, and can raise awareness and lower stress. Join us for an in-person practice with mindfulness meditation teacher, Susan Meyer, on the Library’s back lawn.
Registration for this program opens September 3. Please register ahead of time online or at the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library.
In case of inclement weather, this program will be postponed to October 1st.
