Each hourlong session will address a different topic relevant to mindfulness meditation. You will receive support for cultivating mindfulness skills both “on and off the cushion” and applying those skills to meeting life’s challenges, to respond wisely instead of reactively. You’ll learn strategies to awaken to mindfulness and compassion when you’re in the thick of difficulty and to dramatically shift the experience of your life, the people in it, and the world itself.
Each session will include instruction/inspiration, two periods of guided and/or silent practice, and Q&A/discussion.
- A single session is $11. (Please indicate which date you’d like access to, in “Order Notes” during checkout.)
- Every other week (1st and 3rd Mondays) is $22/month.
- Three or more sessions per month is $33/month, which means you get the fourth week free.
There will be a different Zoom link for each session that will be sent to you upon registering, and sessions will be recorded so you’ll receive the replay!
