Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a refuge that provides grounding, clarity, and calm that is so vital for navigating challenging times. This program meets each month. Effective instruction and inspiration for your meditation practice are provided, as well as connection with a supportive and welcoming community of meditators. This program is now meeting in-person at the Saratoga Springs Public Library in the Dutcher Community Room. Please register through the library’s online calendar for each session.
