Through group sessions, receive practical guidance on:

All of my programs can be customized to suit your needs in terms of format, frequency, number of sessions, delivery method (online or in-person), and content.

I also offer pre-recorded content featuring my nature photography and videos as a calming backdrop.

1:1 Meditation practice Sessions

(including GUIDED labyrinth meditation SESSIONS)

Description

The purpose of private meditation sessions is to support you in your formal practice of mindfulness and heart meditations (including techniques such as RAIN) by “co-meditating” and/or guiding you through customized meditations geared toward your particular circumstances.

My role is to accompany you as you meditate and dialogue out-loud with you about what you are noticing and experiencing. I hold space for your natural presence and wisdom to arise, helping you to deepen your meditation skills. You have the opportunity to ask questions and receive practical guidance on developing a meditation practice tailored to your needs, and applying mindfulness skills to navigate life's challenges with wisdom rather than reactivity.

how it works

  • We might choose to meet on Zoom or at a labyrinth for a labyrinth guided meditation session

  • In addition to guided/co-meditation practice, we will discuss your current practice, your deepest intent in practicing, and the challenges and fruits of your practice.

  • I will send a follow-up email to summarize what we covered in the session.

Mindfulness Mentoring

Description

Mindfulness mentoring takes you deeper into living the mindfulness teachings and gives you more interactive, personalized support on the path than classes/workshops. Through small group meetings, we focus on applying mindfulness teachings and practices holistically in your life. Together, we explore how you might practice and be with whatever circumstances are arising - life’s joys, challenges, and sorrows.

Think of the mentoring group as a supportive community of spiritual friends with a mentor holding space - helping you to shift out of stories and identify what you’re believing, and bring it all to the present moment where your true power is. Group members support one another to practice presence in increasingly challenging areas of life. The mentoring group is designed for people to reflect, connect, and deepen their mindfulness practice while in community with others.

The emphasis is on the your overall growth and development as a mindful practitioner, rather than the specific outcomes of a coaching relationship.

How It Works

  • Sessions take place over Zoom

  • The group meets for a certain period of time (i.e. 4 months) and can be continued beyond that time if desired

  • Group composition generally remains consistent during that time frame

  • There is time for everyone to check-in/share (and it’s okay to opt-out)

  • A meeting may be focused on a particular topic or determined by what’s live for group member(s) at the time

  • Meetings incorporate guided self-reflections, and certain practices may be suggested in-between sessions

  • Communicating in-between sessions is decided upon by the group

  • Customized mindfulness tools, guided practices, and strategies are offered to help you cultivate ease, peace, focus, and authenticity.

1:1 Mindfulness Coaching

Description

The coaching relationship is entered into with a particular outcome in mind - such as positive change in a certain area of life or movement toward a particular aspiration.

Develop your mindfulness toolbox along with your ability to apply these valuable skills to everyday living. Learn to access presence and inner wisdom, and harness their power to enhance your calm, focus, resilience, relationships, and sense of well-being. Mindfulness coaching offers a deeper, more personalized dive into living the skills we strengthen through meditation practice, by extending mindful awareness “off the cushion” and into daily life.

  • 60-minute 1:1 private coaching session(s) with me

  • You create an interactive Google doc for setting your intentions and sharing with me your takeaways from each session. The document allows you to remember what we cover in our sessions, and to have everything in one place.

  • In between sessions, I respond to your takeaways in the same document.

1:1 nature photography MENTORING

Focus primarily on technical and composition skills and/or integrating mindfulness, and learn to capture moments that convey your inner vision. Mindful photography goes beyond seeing and creating pleasing images; it’s about how you relate to the present moment. A mindful photography practice fosters focus, presence, patience, beginner’s mind, seeing beyond forms, and heart qualities such as caring, connection, and gratitude.

CLUTTER CLEARING Photography

Honor the memories your possessions represent while freeing yourself from the physical burden. I provide professional quality images of personal or family heirlooms, gifts, children’s art work, your own art, or other items/collections you want to remember but don’t want to take up space in your home. Perhaps you want items photographed to sell online or to make it easier for you to release them. Either way, photographing objects can be a powerful tool for releasing sentimental clutter.
